Driver license inspections

Drivers are often on the road for hours and hours in large, heavy vehicles. This implies a lot of responsibility is involved. That is why drivers are obliged to undergo a medical examination every 5 years for their driving license C/D, according to the standards of the CBR. ArboVita specializes in this sort of driving license examination.

ArboVita provides for an accessible examination by means of an online application. The medical examination will take place in Heemskerk or Hilversum by appointment. The duration is approximately 15 minutes.

• Step 1: Purchase the Personal Declaration/Health Declaration on www.mijn.cbr.nl or at your municipality;
• Step 2: Make online an appointment with ArboVita by paying for this product;
• Step 3: Take the completed Personal Declaration and some urine with you to the consultation hour;
• Step 4: Send the Personal Declaration, with a doctor’s report, to the CBR;
• Step 5: With the CBR’s request can be submitted for the extension of your driving license.
